This patient came to us with the desire to replace his missing teeth and improve the appearance of his smile. He previously wore a partial denture but was dissatisfied. Six implants were used to replace the missing back teeth. The front teeth were restored with porcelain fused to metal crowns. All his teeth are now fixed, solid, and secure. He can eat normally. His smile never looked better!
