In this case the patient's primary concern was the appearance of her smile. She had some congenital defects of the enamel--multiple opaque white surfaces and dark brown spots and assymetry in the length of the front teeth. She used the at home whitening system to brighten her smile and veneers were fabricated to improve the shape of the teeth.
