Patient was dissatisfied with functionality of previous bridgework and aesthetically he disliked not being able to see his teeth with normal speaking. Upper teeth were removed and replaced with immediately loaded implant supported temporary restorations. After healing, a porcelain fused to metal implant supported fixed bridge was fabricated.
